A little about me

My name is Abigail but I've always gone by Abi. I'm 14 years old and a freshman. I was raised to see the beauty in everything, in nature, in people, in things I couldn't understand. You don't have to look very far to see something beautiful. I've been a dancer for 12 years and I love to make art with my body and movements.
My mom has always had a passion for photography, she passed said passion down onto me. I love the way the world looks behind the lens. The fact that I can capture a moment of beauty is incredible. I like taking unique pictures. Pictures that not everyone would be able to understand. But I love it.
Here is an introduction to my photography blog, and myself. This is my life, I choose to share it through still images of beauty.

My cat, Arista, is positively not a fan of having her picture taken.

Halloween is so much better with art!

Quails!!! We've got quails everywhere in our yard!

On a trip to Tahoe I spotted this little fella! What acute little bunny!

Outside, on the front of our rental cabin...
I'm sure that wasn't there yesterday!
A little bear cub paw print!

When dad's in charge of making dinner...

A friend and I invented a new cupcake!!!

Arista has her moments of beauty!

I like copying pictures with pencils. It helps me remember the picture.

When my imagination runs wild...

I get inspired by the craziest things!

Ahhh, 7 years ago we had this little baby Dallas...
Now we've got this big baby!!!
She thinks she's a lap dog!

Thank you for looking at my blog. My posts after this will be more landscape centric with a few portraits.

Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.
All photography, by me.

A relaxing rest stop, or a photo shoot?
I would seem to have a hard time figuring out the difference.

The contrast of a brothers shoe to the waterfall run off.

My dad was kind enough to snap this picture of me in front of one of our last destinations!

As the trip came to a close, I managed to find one more photograph opportunity. Our last vacation sunset. One thing is for certain, it was not an opportunity wasted...
