A pointe shoe project! Loved playing with the light and positions!

One of my favorites!!!

Demeter in a pointe shoe.

Looking amazing!

Long bokeh shoot.

Looking up to the sun.

Satin reflecting the light, making the shoes look heavenly.

Playing with some photo edit software. Made a super cool effect!

Aspen tree's and pointe shoes fit so well!

See the stitching.

My favorite!

Contrasting the light shoes, red fence, green weeds and dark sand.
I had the pleasure of kitten-sitting 4 little fuzz balls. Loved spending time with these little ones!

Hi there Freckles!!! He loved the window sill.

This was going to be my Bokeh project but I liked the Demeter picture better.(Sorry Merlin)

Fuzzy silhouettes

Hunting the lens!

I think he saw a bird!

Profile shot!! Hunk was such a model.

My favorite picture I've taken yet. A little kitten playing with an old pair of pointe shoes!!! Pyrra was so curious, she loved the ribbons!

My Bokeh school project.

I titled it 'Demeter in the sun'.

My flower post part 2!

The harsh sun of Utah has burnt a red rose. I couldn't contain my excitement when I saw how cool it looked!!

Yet our white rose survives the heat, how lovely.

Loving the different colors!

Green and blue!

A beautiful sunset out the back window...

Flowers of 2016 Part 1

There is a certain detail in all flowers that makes them irresistible to photograph. The soft velvety petals, the color that you can't name. No matter what it is, I will always find serenity in photographing them.

A violet foxglove, the day we got it from the store, I loved the plant and the was the macro setting on my camera brought out the color and detail.

Baby maple tree helicopters. The fence in the background was perfect for the kind of photo I wanted.

An aspen tree with an interesting hue.

Not all colors were seeable through the camera but the ones that mattered were.

Our peach tree blossoms, the pink and brown make for some beautiful contrast.

The house in the background adding a sense of balance. Of course balance is over rated so I tilted the camera.

After looking at the tree for so long I found that no two blossoms were the same, but no one blossom was entirely different.

Angles really help in getting a unique perspective.

Literally bent over backwards to get this shot.

This one looks photo-shopped. I promise it's just the light.

Unique focus.

Playing with my ISO.

Ahhh, pink roses, how I love thee...

I can't begin to express my love for the detail.

So many flowers, so little space left on my camera...

So I have run out of space on my post. There will be a part 2 for the rest of the pictures I want to share.
Thanks!!!
